Our first priority is to provide a replacement, if available

A refund for the product price only
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe:
Please contact us so we can investigate with the courier
If the shipment is officially declared lost, we will:
Re-ship the item if available, or
Offer a refund of the product cost or a store credit

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
If you no longer want the item after purchase
If you ordered the wrong item by mistake

Matches the description and images
Functions as intended
Refunds will not be issued based on unmet expectations.
If the part does not fit your vehicle, we are unable to issue a refund.
Compatibility and fitment verification are the buyer’s responsibility.
If the product functions correctly but cannot be used due to installation or technical expertise limitations, refunds will not be provided.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Claims reported after this period may not be accepted
You may also be required to contact the courier if damage occurred during transit
We handle customs clearance from our shipping origin country.

If an item is returned to us due to customs refusal:
The customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs

Normal wear consistent with vintage parts is not considered a defect
