Item Not as Described

If the item you receive is materially different from the product description or images (for example, an incorrect part or incorrect specifications), please contact us.

  • Our first priority is to provide a replacement, if available

  • If the item is unique or no longer in stock, we may offer:

    • A store credit for future purchases, or

    • A refund for the product price only

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Item Not Delivered

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  • Please contact us so we can investigate with the courier

  • If the shipment is officially declared lost, we will:

    • Re-ship the item if available, or

    • Offer a refund of the product cost or a store credit

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided

Damaged Items

Reporting Damage
  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Claims reported after this period may not be accepted

  • You may also be required to contact the courier if damage occurred during transit

Customs & International Shipments

We handle customs clearance from our shipping origin country.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Customs clearance fees imposed by their country

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

Returns Due to Customs Issues

If an item is returned to us due to customs refusal:

  • The customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs

  • No refund will be issued for shipping charges

Vintage Parts Disclaimer

  • Vintage and classic car parts may show signs of wear, aging, or refurbishment

  • Such characteristics are clearly mentioned in product descriptions

  • Normal wear consistent with vintage parts is not considered a defect
